Nikola: there's a number of things you'll have to do here.
- proofcheck the translation so that no errors are present
- fill in the blanks
- add Czech special chars
- verify Core/Engine/Editor/UMenu/UnrealI/UnrealShare/UPak versus English original (blanks and moved-around stuff present in there)
