Groups and leadership for actors

We should make it so monsters and humans can be in groups, for instance if you make a Skaarj Officer leader of 4 Skaarj Warriors and the Skaarj Warriors could follow him in different formations. It would make things far more interesting than previously done. Setting up patrols on missions instead of just a unit here and there would make it much more challenging to stay alive. This COULD be associated with the Flock Pawn in the actors. Basically how this would make the game better, is players might necessarily work together a lot better than just running around blazing things down. Also vice verse, the monsters or opposing forces would be able to fight much better and make things a bit more difficult to beat. Whenever a group of people fight together things turn out much harder for its enemy. There for if an enemy grouped up on a player, it would end up being almost twice as interesting as just playing single units. Second of all, a beacon that you see your Squad leader would make things even better for players. I would be very pleased to help you guys with this if this is approved, hopefully you will approve this thread and we may be able to get to work ;]

Or the players will just kill the whole unit with a Flak Shell.

I don't understand your point, that is up to the server's settings. The monsters can disperse during a fight just like the rebel skaarj... however they must go back to the leader. The point is to make realistic factions instead of one man armies

Either way it's not how Unreal worked. You can create a mod for it if you wish.

I was thinking same like you year ago but I go back from heaven to earth

. The thing what you writted depends of many people to make this. I will try make a little your and my plan in my campaign but i don't promise a Thing of the year.
