[227g UED] Spiral staircase

I've just found a very interesting bug with the Spiral Staircase builder. This is how to reproduce:

- Create a Spiral Staircase with StepHeight more than StepThickness

What this does is makes steps have negative thickness, which results in all kinds of disasters - BSP holes going rampant, stairs themselves having an invisible collision hull around them, and steps being inverted inside-out. Sometimes it corrupts the BSP tree so hard that the player can't spawn or is killed on spawn.

Also noteworthy is when you set StepThickness and StepHeight to the same value. Then steps have 0 thickness, so they are basically like sheet stairs, but they collide as if they had 1 thickness.

I could swear somebody posted something like that already in the past (something with "negative stepheight/ zero stepheight is impossible)...

No, I believe that was about negative and zero values, which has been fixed already. This is entirely different.

the most fitting answer would be probably, don't do that, it makes no sense...

But no idea yet why it freaks out if doing so
