227g editor bugs/problem

Texture packages that have not already been preloaded on startup cannot be opened, or at least I can't access them in the dropdown list. Pressing the "All Used Packages" button seems to toggle between only the used engine package, and any others being used in the level, and the default loaded packages like Unreali and UnrealShare, Window, ect. If there is a solution or if this is an actual bug, it probably needs to be specified or looked at, unless I'm missing something in particular with the modified setup. If there's something in my setup, that might also be the case.
EDIT: Additionally, actor, sound, and music packages that have also not been preloaded will not load.

Can confirm the texture thing, weird.
The other packages work fine though.

The only problem there were was that the "Used textures" flag wasn't defaulted to False on constructor. So on the current version editor starts as that flag is enabled by default, but this problem is already resolved.

I did update to the latest build of 227g, and I tried it again. The same problem is still occurring, but I'm also finding that the editor is unable to load levels, which I failed to notice before. I'm still unaware as to what could be causing the problem, and, if it works for others, why it's not working on my end. If there are any config files that builds 19 and 20 don't change that earlier versions below 19 did change, that might be the problem, but I'm not too sure if that is really the case. Whatever it is, it's causing the editor to be virtually non-functional when I load it up. If you're not immediately able to find a solution to this or are not experiencing this yourselves in one way or another, that would be an interesting thing to look into just in case unique settings can potentially break the current editor's functionality. Otherwise, any help or discoveries you will permit to explain will also be note-worthy, and I'd be grateful if you could discover any functional problems I might be having with my install too. I'll be ready to cooperate on any questions about how I might have borked Unreal or if there are any details you want to have further explained.

Does your editor.log show anything unusual? Try loading unrealed with defaults.
unrealed.exe ini=default.ini for commandline
Post your unreal.ini & editor.log to a pastebin please

all other testers do not experience this problem so far. So the question is- whats different for you?

I see something here. If you look at some of the texture packages it's trying to load, you'll see that it's trying to load a package that
starts with the first letter or number of the package I wanted it to load. I also have spaces in the paths to the installation, so I may want to remove those and try again, but what I said above seems to be one problem, as it's trying to load a package that doesn't exist.
Edit: I've set it to have as many spaces in it's name that my 227f installation's path has, and Ambrosia.utx was somehow translated to "A".

New update: 227g's editor cannot have ANY spaces in it's path, otherwise, packages cannot be loaded by any means. I got it to work by heavily simplifying the path.
Can't exceed 80 characters.

Actually, your problem was that your path exceeds 80 symbols. Unreal Engine 1 does not parse paths that are longer than 80 symbols, package name and extension included.
