1: No. 2: What kind of problems? Perhaps you should make a new post about them or discuss them here. 3: Hopefully
The problems are in my first post on this thread.
ah lol....didn't notice that. Well the blurry thing has got to be your monitor...and suggestions have already been for that. As for that texture disapearing act...I'd recommend trying out different render devices.

Wasn't it like... UseVertexProgram = True
I think that solves skin disappearances.

Or maybe it needs to be set to False, anyhoo it's just opposite of deafult afaik.

For ATI, keep UseVertexProgram and UseFragmentProgram either both enabled or both disabled to avoid what is most likely a bug in their OpenGL driver (and if so, still broken in Catalyst 10.1). It may be the same issue described at
http://www.terathon.com/wiki/index.php/ ... onsistency if no fragment program fixed function counts as keeping the same as far being able to run into this goes.
For NVIDIA, enabling UseVertexProgram worked around a likely OpenGL driver bug that caused texture problems after a windowed / full screen switch, but the underlying problem appears fixed in later drivers. Newer renderer code also has a small initialization change that should avoid the problem with any driver versions where it might be present.
