It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

Help! No wall s3tc textures
I have downloaded S3tc texture pack for Unreal tournament (all 4 packs) and only some of then are applied on maps. The rest of them are still low-res (all walls are low-res)

That's because the S3TC textures are incomplete. In other words only some of the textures have S3TC equivalents.

Yep, its an ongoing project, which you can find here: http://www.oldunreal.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?board=S3TC
It simply takes time to redraw all textures in high resolution. There has been alot of updates and big parts of the textures are done, but theres still a long way to go. It btw depends on what textures are used in a map if the walls are high resolution or not.
If the map is using the SkyCity or PlayrShp packages than you will see alot of high resolution walls.
