Updated mod sections.

I've updated the mods section a bit, Zombie told me about some outdated content.
Currently my time is kinda limited and I'm afraid I won't have much more time in the next months. However, I am still collecting stuff and I have a lot of stuff already, but there is a lot of more out there, for Unreal and for UT. So if you are aware about new things or missing things, don't forget to send me some info about it or post it here in the forums.
I will try to keep the content more up to date more in the next time again, I really abandoned the downloads for too long, so all help you can provide me with that is very welcome.
