PSA to UScript dump?

I've looked around for a program that could dump a list of animations in a .uc friendly format like:
[code]#exec ANIM SEQUENCE ANIM=Fighter SEQ=Guy STARTFRAME=0 NUMFRAMES=1 RATE=10 GROUP=Waiting[/code]
But I found none. Is there any utility that can do that? This is because 227 has trouble with some PSA files and defining the sequences in Uscript fixes this.
