It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

Can't get server back online

Hi,
AFter getting my new router i can't seem to get my server online.
I forwarded all ports and log told me uplink to master server was ok.
But i can't seem to find the server down in the server list.
Is there anyone who could help me find out whats wrong with it?

the problem appeared after you got your new router? This implies the problem to be in the router of course, maybe still some firewall setting in it blocking the ports.

Also you maybe want to add
MasterServerAddress=master.oldunreal.com 
MasterServerAddress=master.hypercoop.tk

to your config as alternate masterservers.

PS: don't forget to change your password later, as it is in the log ;)

Hmm when i just tried launching the server again after adding the masterservers it seems to be no diffrent.
Also without any firewall it does not show up in the list.
There is something strange actually someone joined the game so it looks like other people can see the server in the list but i can't how is this possible.

and ofc i will change password i forgot all about it :p

the other masterservers don't make a difference here, for your client if you didn't add them to

ListFactories[x]=UBrowser.UBrowserGSpyFact,MasterServerAddress=master.hypercoop.tk,MasterServerTCPPort=28900,GameName=unreal
ListFactories[x]=UBrowser.UBrowserGSpyFact,MasterServerAddress=master.oldunreal.com,MasterServerTCPPort=28900,GameName=unreal

as well (227 clients already should have these in), but I doubt it will change your problem. Either way, if someone sees your server it should be in the list...
Whats it's name? Maybe the people here can check if they can see it.

The name of the server is unrealcoop with a website in the name also its 8 slot server.
If someone sees it in the list please let me know. :D

I will point out you not using any of the community  master servers, not sure if that contibuting to your problem you may want to address that.

I added them to the masterserverlist but still no change m8.
Since im home sick from work i just going to create the server again from scrap and see what will happen.

I don't think severs on LAN always show up in the servers tab... Having someone check the thing for you is a sure way to tell if it's working or not.

it seems like everyone can see my server, its just
me that can't see the server coming up in the server list.
I can only see my server in the lan tab but oh well as long as others can see it and join i guess its fine.
