I find I have to type

Your screenshots look identical to what my Unreal looked like before I changed my ini settings. I can't remember which setting I changed to correct it but for me it was an ini setting. I use UGold with opengl and s3tc textures. Not sure if you changed your ini settings yet but I suggest giving that a try before you install drivers etc. I'm sure Smirftsch knows alot more but like I mentioned the screenshots look exactly the same as what mine did before altering the ini.

I concur with pitbull. I had some trouble with that exact error, and then i changed my ini settings to the sample one in the readme (at least i think it was the readme...I don't remember) and then it worked perfectly.

This was on my brothers PC that i installd OpenGL. He also has one of the more powerful Radeon GFX card models, so i guess its aproblem with that card.

Sadly i did not check to see which ini setting had fixed the problem, since i was too busy staring at the graphics with awe.
As much as i try, i cannot seem to think of an interesting and amusing signature...I blame the stupid fools who stole all my ideas for decent signatures...

Fools...

I'll get you some day!

Did you try the default OpenGL settings from the readme?
The ones you use could cause problems or incompatibilities.

Otherwise remove them from the ini to let them restore to their defaults.
