Unreal: Enhanced? Where is it?

today I showed my friend where to get the Oldskool Amp'd mod for UT. I went to Usaar33's website and found the downloads. However, his links are DEAD. I also happened to see a mod that he made called "Unreal: Enhanced". This seemed really cool, with the ONP HUD and footsteps and all of that good stuff. The only problem is, is that it's DEAD.
Does anyone have this file or know where to get this file?

You can contact him for it. I beleive I spoke to him years ago about something somewhere. But he shouldn't be impossible to contact.

hmmm.... I tried to find a way to contact him on his site, and his link to his email address was also DEAD as well.
I'm sure that this mutator has to be somewhere out there, though.
Does Usaar33 have a new site?

well, not exactly. I was actually looking for that for my friend, but I was mainly looking for the Unreal: Enhanced mutator. Thank you, though.

one of the advantages to be here "since ever" (taken from the time Unreal exists) - you know almost everyone and pretty much everyone knows you

yeah, that's the cool thing about a smaller fanbase - you know pretty much everyone, and the Unreal community is by far perhaps the most intelligent of all other gamer communities.

Anyways, do you have the mirrors up and running? No rush intended, I'm just wondering.

oh, wait, never mind Smirftsch, you don't have to get the files from Usaar33. I ran into this page while I was looking through the EXU2: Batshit Insane topic in the UnrealSP.org forums. The link to this was found in Waffnuffly's first post of the topic.
