UT seems like its slomo 0 (slow timelapse) all time. I have checked, double checked and triple checked settings (changed res, render settings, ect.), also resetted many times to defaults, but nothing seems helping.
Direct3D gives best fps (more than 90, very smooth), but that is the slowest one and very unplayable.
Unreal 1 with 227 patch works great. Why UT isn't working?

It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

451b... If you're not running a server, downgrade to 436. And are you using enhanced renderers?
