Misspawns are spawning havoc in my brain

Post by Canadian_Bacon »

God damn map is really annoying me and i don't know why it won't work.

it's supposed to be a standoff map and theirs a bunch of misspawns heres what i did

i set one side to 0 and the other teamnumber to 1, i changed the event and tags on the side with 0 to event 0 and tag 0 and the otehr side to event1 and tag 1.

i changed the map gametype to INF_standoff

am i missing anything?

Adding pathnodes seem to help me when I have misspawns on my maps, just make sure that all paths are connected.
Don't know if this really solves the problem, but after adding these, I never have them on mine.

Can you check how many players/bots are trying to spawn in comparison to the number of spawnpoints per team you actually have...?

hehehhe, i figured it out, i had to add another player start to each side to make a total of 6 for each team. for some reason it doesn't like less than that. Also i was told by someone that if 6 on each side doesn't work you have to go to light rendering and click on "paths define"
