It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

Something that boggled my mind but I kept forgetting about it.

Some people don't know that the "netspeed" setting of a server either does not work at all, or at least not properly.

Facts:
During game, when you type "netspeed xxx", you WILL get the netspeed you want, regardless of server setting (at least stat net shows that). I also heard rumors about executing "netspeed" during game __may__ have side effects on the server or other players, so either way it might be a good idea to check it out if the netspeed can at least be limited properly.

Another good thing might be to have the netspeed settings (optionally) apply to downloads as well. I know Nephthys can throttle downloads, but I find the settings to set it up right too complicated tbh, because you have to enter some relative factor to the allocated bandwidth instead of a plain setting like "5kb/s" for example.
