Vid card not compatible...?

Post by tavendetta »

Well, i've tried every patch possible, reinstalled 6 times over and i'm still baffled. Right now im running it on 226f with the OMP226 v0.2. It would appear my vid card is too fast for the game or something. Sometimes I get results that are insane like 600fps, and very unplayable, and other times I get 30, i've even seen -150. I don't quite understand why it's doing this but if there is some sort of fix or executable I could possibly use, please help. Thanks.

Enable vertical synchronisation (Also known as VSync in the (advanced) display properties of your graphics card.

Stay away from D3D when you have a modern video card. OpenGL should work nice. Be sure VSync is on and if you have a powerfull card you want to enable settings like FSAA and Aniso.

I took your advice on the all the settings and I have to say the game has looked the best it's ever looked. It's amazing! But...for some damn reason it's still jittery. I'm getting around 45 avg. fps. I appreciated all the help man, thanks.
