It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

I recently managed to import quite a big chuck of San Andreas into Unreal. The substracted cube is 180.000 x 180.000 x 200.000uu in size which is barely enough for that chunk of the map.
The problem is that the pieces of the meshes that out span the editor will fail to render if viewed from dead on. Will render however if viewed "from behind". Is there any getaround of this?
Thanks in advance! https://www.youtube.com/live/g_Wx_WBoaxo
The mesh has a center. If the center isn't visible, the engine assumes the mesh isn't visible either. Position the center higher, or divide the mesh into several parts.
Some renderers have a "Z Range Hack" option that extends drawing range. You can try it by switching to that renderer and enable the setting in advanced options or by editing the .ini file.
