Unreal II uses DirectMusic for maps like the Intro. DirectMusic was deprecated by Microsoft starting with Vista, but Volkov created a script to restore its functionality. Since Microsoft removed the cacls command with Windows 11, Volkov's fix no longer worked. This updates the script to use the icacls command instead.
Extract DirectMusic Fix 64 to a local folder and run DM_FIX.cmd as administrator.
Credits go to Volkov for the original script, and to Andy and GreatEmerald for repacking it.

Re: DirectMusic fix for Windows 11
Hm, it sucks what MS has done to DirectX functionality. But replacing DLL's in the Windows system folders is not something I recommend.
The author usually includes a way to undo the patching, but this can cause other problems when Microsoft has updated the DLL / system files in the mean time.
I usually place custom DLL's in the program's folder instead so it gets just used by that program. But I guess this patch is too complicated for this to work.
