It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

Is implementing a terrain tool like UT 2004s possible under 227?

As an external tool, I'm pretty sure it could be. It would open an UNR or a T3D as a reference (just wireframe, or textured if you feel like doing the extra work). Then it would output a bunch of OBJs (for separate sections so they could be occlusion culled/LODed/etc separately) and a T3D with correct positions of stuff.

In fact, I have already made some tools for creating terrain, although nothing as advanced as that.

It shouldn't be that advanced or smooth. Just rough terrain shapes.

The third tool is pretty old and it's in Polish, although it shouldn't be hard to figure out what is what.
