Is there any workaround for this on client level? Any files I need to install? Any settings I may change?
Or is this something that only server owners can fix?
It prevents me from joining many servers with the 227j beta client.

Kinda looks like UnrealIntegrity.u wasn't in that archive? doesn't even look like it had a version mismatch based on the log.
