I am not sure if this is a sensitive topic, but just in case.
A while ago I converted the wolf3d 220 tc for unreal:
https://ut99.org/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=14168
But maybe I shouldn't have gone through the effort because it turns out there was a 224 compatible version?
I haven't tried this version yet but I always assumed it stopped on 220 and didn't go further from what I could locate. But I missed the "planetunreal" archive obviously.

Maybe the two versions differ a lot, I don't know. So maybe it wasn't wasted work. Its hard to tell with these forgotten mods.
If you want to take a look at the other stuff I did/uncovered last year or so:

It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

Re: WOLFTC
I took a look at it now and this is a completely different version, it has lots more stuff and spacebar now opens doors (jump key got remapped), but it has also some stuff that I felt wasm;t necessary like the firetexture overlay when you die. After all it is good that I converted the 220 version because the wolfalpha map doesn't work on this 224 version due to actor missing. I will attempt to port the wolfalpha map to this version however and let you guys know.

Re: WOLFTC
So...I decided to convert wolfalpha map into this newer version and also modify wolf3d.u to add back the elevator movers from the 220 version because its obviously required. And also made a "music version" of wolfalpha because normally it would play that music that was now missing in wolf3d.u. But it won't go silent past the secret elevator anymore unfortunately. Feel free to experiment/swap files around.
