It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

Long or funny error messages?

Just got this gem when working on a map in UnrealEd 2.1. I was converting a brush to a mesh in the skybox, and I used the Fake Backdrop flag to remove unnecessary surfaces. I forgot to remove the brush before I used Real-time preview to have a look at my new skybox from the main level. This promptly showed up...

...even though I had over 100GB free on my hard disk! I think UnrealEd requested so much memory Windows decided to not give it - strange, since Windows usually brings up its own error when this happens.

What other amusing or excessively long error messages have you received?

Those spaced-out single characters are really strange. Sadly I don't have the log file for my error, as it got overwritten before I posted this. One can only imagine how many URender::OccludeFrame calls were in that file - the displayed error message got cut short.

Oh wow, my errors are usually plain GPFs of UnrealEd no longer responding. The log with random letters is very impressive.
You must construct additional pylons.

I once crashed the UED with a high poly Tetrahedron and the Editor.log had 2,242 instances of
