I'm waiting for the files to be approved in moddb.

Changelog:

- EFX support added
- Removed all 24bits UTXs. Converting 8bits textures to 24bits DXT is meaningless
- Morbias 3 had some invisible floor collision error in mid air near central girder
- Deck16 fixed a step that was blocking players in mid jump in the flak over slime area
- Added another pipe in deck16 to allow players to dodge jump to shield
- Map screenshot is 1024 x 1024 8bits. Previously all screenshots were 512 x 512 forced DXT, which caused maps to crash upon selecting it if you had s3tc = false
- Morbias 3 had textures that were 24bits DXT only, rendering map incompatible with s3tc = false. I reimported as 8bits with optional DXT
- Lightmap with normal resolution.
- Other maps not included, decided to leave as it is

Just to clarify, are these maps for Unreal, or UT? Might be good to indicate that so people know which title they're for.

This map is full of BSP holes. For some reason there are zones in betweem brushes that are causing the zone count to go well beyond 63.

Finished all lights and fixed the zone count. I was forced to use solids in a lot of girders and steel cubes.
