Please do release 227j_42 as 227j to the public and move the rest of the builds to 227k betatesting.

227j_42 has been running stable at my servers for ages, but the recent test build brought new issues.

What features deem your server more stable than 227i running that version?  From what i've seen from .:..:'s hes been recently tweaking the skeletal anim features which would make portability from other game engines and creation engines like Blender more compatible for Unreal.  Waiting 8 years to see this kind of compatibility is well worth it imo as it really does have the potential to become a test bed game engine like UE4 but more lightweight.

227j_42 beta has been running many months at my servers with no crash. To me, as server owner, that is quality.

I'm running some version in between on linux. 64 bit. Been running stable for quite awhile. It's best to wait for a new release though at this point. It will happen

Should have heard to you back then already, but now to release j42 doesn't make much sense anymore either I think, to many things have been fixed/changed/tweaked by now- but it isn't that all the fixes we've made in and for j42 have been lost or something, the new version will be equally stable Smiley
For current build almost all bugs are now resolved already and I still have to do all the "paperwork" like release notes and such. Perhaps I can find someone helping me with that...

wohooo, I never thought that I'd live to see this!

Well, there are 2 things- updating the release notes mostly from forum content here in https://www.oldunreal.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1202460562 and https://www.oldunreal.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1352755975
(could be done either in a textdocument or directly in the wiki)

and depending if you are somewhat into html, the webadmin really needs a new interface.

If nobody steps up to do this at the end of Sep 30, 2020 11:59 AM GMT-3, I'm willing to do the release notes.

OK I can get my ass in gear and collate the data.  I presume its all the data?  Or shall I start from a certain date?  Looking at the start date its all.

AS for HTML -- you do NOT want me to do it Tongue  In fact my website is Markdown -> Html  using some other guys theme since I couldn't be bothered to write the css myself (I am not an aritst, I will make your eyes bleed or ears, or both).

It should be all yes- maybe something is in the development section yet, but I'd say all important stuff is in there.

Sorry for the double post. There are things that need to be sorted, but it's mostly done.

In light of the recent hard work in patching UT, I for one am glad to wait patiently for 227j.

It's not like 227i is a buggy piece of junk or something; it's quite playable.
