odd mouse movement and key click

Hi all
I just installed last night unreal with the latest (not official patch 227) patch and latest drivers to render unreal. I tried to keybind all my keyboard as I did usually with ut goty under win 7 x64. These are the keyboards I use to play ut (And I try to do the same for unreal):

Key <-- to move right
Key --> to move left
Key up arrow to go forward
Key down arrow to go backward
Ky Ctrl to Jump
Key 0 to crouch
Key main fire button as the right button
Key secondary fire button as the left button

And I ticked rawhinput to be enabled

When I play dethmatch all its okay until I notice that I try to move left by turning left it makes a very odd movement like a robot turning on at 90º degree sense movement. Same when I turn right, causing losing reaction when try to move fast against adversary to prevent to be killed.

Am I missing something with this problem? How could  I solve this issue? I used opengl and dd3dr9 and same results, I ask for help to solve this problem please. Thanks

Try disabling RawHidInput.
It certainly is not always the more responsive mouse input option. With my hardware/software, it will just add lag. (Windows 7 x64, MS comfort mouse 4500 / 3M EM500 Ergonomic Mouse)
I disabled it.

Well, in my case, enabling RawhidInput only gave additional mouse lag. I first thought it may have been a multicore CPU issue or a rendering delay, but it was laggy mouse movement.

Disabling RawHidInput gave back normal mouse responsiveness.
