I found this article
https://www.oldunreal.com/wiki/index.php?title=Reloadable_Automag
I followed the steps but Im certain I did something wrong. How do I get the automag reload to work? I have no experience modding Unreal at this point.

set input <KEY> button bExtra3
eg: set input R button bExtra3

Use that command ingame to bind the reload key. Although as a tip, I'd replace the bExtra3 in the code and above command with bExtra1, since any mod that uses reloadable weapons (that I know of) use bExtra1.

I think this same thing is done to reload in the Infiltration and Serpentine mods. I not sure, and I'm too lazy to check.

Hey Sam.

Yes exactly like that. Make sure you compile that script too. To do so go to tools in the script window and click on Compile Changed.

After compiling it check your package ( below the Actorbrowser you can see all packages ) and File / Save.

Then Start the game and type:

Set Input R Button Extra3

And to bring the modified automag in to the game type:

Summon YourPackageName.YourAutomagName
