Impossible, that texture uses wet texture modifier to make the blood pool animate.
Unreal Engine 1-2 Fire/Ice/Wet Textures does not support texture resolution past 256x256. So the only fix for this is to uninstall hi-res textures.

I notice that this happens even with the default textures of the game. The animated pool textures will appear lighter in color than the texture itís under. I made a thread about this a while back.

In your case, Iím assuming because of the custom HD textures, itís vice versa. The pools of blood are darker instead of lighter, unless thatís because you arenít using the default brightness settings.

Ah yes Smiley this is related to the low resolution lightmaps which Unreal uses.
This not fixable without rebuilding the map lighting.

Also the brush which has the normal floor texture on it has a bigger face size then the animated pool texture brush and stretch the lightmap to the size of bush.

The problem is compounded by the fact the animated texture does not have a DetailTexture (for obvious reasons as it looks out of place on the animated blood).
The detail tex tends to darken the texture when looking at it from up close.

You must construct additional pylons.
