Wrong speed of music in Serpent Canyon

Hello guys. I want to tell you about third section of "Wargate" track in Serpent Canyon.
I played with 227i(includes RTNP) patch and found, that this section is still not fixed and have a wrong speed. I perfectly remember, that right version of this track on original CD was slower and sounded better.
A video with right speed: https://youtu.be/1xMp0fZiJaM?t=235
Can you fix this issue in 227i patch?

The original module of that song section is actually fast. It is a bug with Galaxy audio driver that makes it retain slow tempo when switching from another section to that one.

So no, it is working as it should.

WarGate.s3m has 3 subsongs and they're all set to use the global tempo of 125 BPM so I added tempo changes to songs 2 and 3 to use the correct 107 BPM instead. Here is the fixed file: http://www.mediafire.com/file/46aqe34yhrxs1g5/WarGate.umx/file

Use galaxy audio subsystem if you want the broken playback method. The artist did not design the song to be played back in a broken way on galaxy. If you extract the module and play it on a module player, you will notice that it is in fact, playing how it should. Broken playback is a bug of galaxy, not a feature.

People tend to believe that everything they got used to is (automatically) right Cheesy - and from some point of view this is even true, lol.

I like it nice and slow. It is one of the rare places of rest and relaxation in the game.

It may be a bug of Galaxy, but it is a welcome one to me.

Thank you for making that fix. It sounds like a Tuthor's Youtube version which seems as most right. I checked it in game and felt godly.
At those months I heard three versions of third section of this track:
1.Broken - most slow version
2.Fixed - your fix or "Tuthor's version"
3.Fast - everyone think that it's right
I don't want to dispute with people who think that the Fast version is most right, but the game deserved that Fix. Now this fixed version of music is available for everyone and it's just good.
Sorry for a long silence and being offline. I'm a student and had a deal with my exams at that time.

1 and 2 are both wrong and the funny thing is that Galaxy may pick any of these 3 variants depending on what was played before the transition to the given subtrack - see the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qI1S8_4LafM

Since even the vanilla Galaxy itself sometimes plays that subtrack with the fast speed (which is close to the original Scream Tracker's playback), there is indeed no reason to argue...
