UnrealLinux.bin segfaults on Debian Stretch 64-bit

I have bought and installed GOG Unreal Gold in PlayOnLinux after which I installed the 227i patch. The game plays from within Wine.

I then tried to run UnrealLinux.bin natively and after installing the necessary libsdl1.2debian:i386 the game ended in a segmentation fault.

Running UnrealLinux.bin in gdb:

$ gdb ./UnrealLinux.bin

It seems to come from Core.so but maybe there is somebody here who knows what to do now?

Try launching it with the "-log" command line parameter.

./UnrealLinux.bin -log

If that doesnt work, try also adding the "-nosound" command line parameter along with it.

./UnrealLinux.bin -log -nosound

227i is still having some problems although I can't say what's causing this on some distros, back then it was working fine. Perhaps you want to try 227j, if so, PM me.
