Minor request: when the player opens, for instance, a list of maps, the mousewheel does not work to scroll up or down the list. Can it be done?
  

You must construct additional pylons.

Yes, at least partially. Fixing comboboxes is very simple. I'll try to figure out what we can do with other controls and dialogs that support scrolling.

I don't see a reliable way to prevent multiple scrolling within custom dialogs, so I didn't enable scrolling for custom subclasses of UWindowScrollingDialogClient by default (such subclasses would need to set bSupportsMouseWheelScrolling or override SupportsMouseWheelScrolling() in order to enable this feature for the corresponding dialog, but this restriction is not applied to scrollable controls within such dialogs).
