So I tried to put a PSK file I ripped using UModel into Unreal using this method:

EXPORT THE MODEL LOL


PUT THE FILES INTO THE FOLDERS AND STUFF SO I CAN COMPILE USING UCC AND STUFF


PUT MAKE SOME UC FILE WITH SOME JUNK IN IT TO IMPORT THE MODEL OR WHATEVER


THEN I IMPORTED IT BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THIS:

THAT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A DAHL TRASH CAN

I bet it has to do with the line in the UC file:

Select All
#exec MESH LODPARAMS MESH=trashcan_lootable HYSTERESIS=0.00 STRENGTH=0.01 MINVERTS=10.00 MORPH=0.30 ZDISP=0.00 


Since I copied it from something (don't remember what).
I tried changing the the "MINVERTS" to the amounts of vertices the original model has.
UCC complained about the number being invalid or something, but it made it look a wee bit more like it's supposed to:

NOT QUITE A PROPER DAHL TRASH CAN

I tried to generate a .UC file using UnPSA toolkit, but I didn't see the option to. (probably because all I have was a .PSK file.)

could anyone help me resolve this issue? thanks! Cheesy

so, wait, how do I import pskx files?

edit: nvm, ended up just converting them to .OBJ files
