When j-th item is removed, the next one becomes j-th, therefore j++ makes its check skipped. You could just use RemoveItem for removing all items which are equal to a particular value.

Note: as far as I could see, when a touching actor is destroyed, it's removed from the RealTouching array, so I can't imagine any valid way to get items having bDeleteMe == true there.

True enough, but it won't do any harm in any case, no matter if I, or we, may have missed something somewhere or if some odd mod is doing weird things again, or whatever Tongue
