I snap stuff to pixel coordinates in Blender when I make my UV map, I use the Wings3D re-export 3DS trick Krull0r mentions but still I'm having issues where UV coords just, spontaneously jump around like there's some precision error... how the hell can you have precision error with integer components!?

What in the world is the stupid limit to Unreal's UV maps?

This tends to happen. Milkshape does it aswell.  It offsets all the vertices by the same amount and direction. So you can export the mesh to .obj in UnrealED 2.1 to see what the offset is and then account for it in the original mesh. You will never get it 100% as you want but this will reduce it. Alternatively you can adjust the texture itself if possible

Btw: You could just put this as reply on your previous topic and not spam the Modelling section with topics Undecided.

I hate it when people ask me what my favorite game is. Just try to explain you're not talking about Unreal Tournament Roll Eyes.

I don't believe in double posting on my own threads, and would rather start a fresh topic for a entirely different question when needed.

On topic to your response, yeah that's what I try to do but I keep getting more messed up results the more I mess with it, it's like almost impossible to get the mapping right. Which will make skinning a massive impossibility if I can't get the coords to remain the same...

Can you post an image of the UVs before and after converting?

I would but I used UnrealNST to manually fix the UV's, everything's going fine now.
