Is there a way to add more links to edtor?
For example Ctrl + D = Add semisolid, Ctrl + F = Add nonsolid and Alt + X = Add Pathnode.

I don't think so. AFAIK, those kinds of things are hard-coded into UnrealED.

You could make your own 3rd party program in something like C# that emulates keystrokes and mouse clicks. That should work...

Silly question: could you essentially make a program that can make a map for you? (If you knew all the coordinates and commands to add brushes, sheets ect...)

Yeah I used to play W:A before I installed Unreal (that's why my username has and x in it, in W:A there were no spaces in names allowed). XD

I don't think I could make a program because I don't have a tiniest clue about Unreal's brush format. But you can use TerraEdit for generating random terrain.
