[227i/h] strange GPF

These crashes don't occur with pre 227 versions.
With 227h these crashes still seemed to be more random, but with 227i they occur in certain maps....

How much performance impact does compressed textures have? (moved)
Answering my own question: about 60% performance increase when using DXT1 compression for same texture resolution.
5120 x 5120 x 256 room with a random gradient as a 256 x 256 texture.
