This is my setup carefully configured for obtaining the best image quality. It's highly recommended to use the S3TC High resolution textures from the Unreal Re_Texturing quality with this config, but of course this is not mandatory. VSync is should be ON or Application Controlled in your nVidia Control panel, or the game may speed up too much.
