For both Unreal and Unreal Tournament, we're basing ourselves in the already existent localizations for Unreal Gold and retail Unreal Tournament.

Unreal:: The language is completed. This doesn't mean the work is done. New lines can appear at any time, and it's a good idea to keep track of these changes. Plus, the already translated lines, if done via computer, need review and rephrasing from actual speakers.
