Oldunreal-Multimedia-Patches (OMP) for Unreal / UnrealGold / Unreal Anthology and Anthology netfix

Netfix for the Anthology Box to play on UnrealGold Servers, fixes the problems with netcompatibility:

The special patches below for Unreal were made pre 227 and include the older renderers (OpenGL and D3D) and sound (OpenAL,Galaxy and FMod) updates and a texture converter to import the textures from the 2nd UT CD to Unreal.
