Question about server set up for 227f

Could someone please explain the two server TCP/IP settings for 227f,
and how I determine the values accordingly? Thx

They are for server flood protection, RPC means Remote Procedure Calls and setting is how many of these calls are allowed within one tick.
Usually it's not necessary to set those up since those attacks should be prevented by earlier security measures already. Also it's not easy to find the exact value which is both secure and doesn't kick players by accident.
