OpenAL FMOD not looping loop sounds

Specially in specialevent, some sounds were supposed to be looped, for example at one UPSX map you start waterfalls and it loops sound, but in FMOD and OPENAL not.

it is known not to work in OpenAL, which is an OpenAL problem, not the implementation in Unreal.
FMod however should work in any case.

Try any of these maps.
When you activate the waterfalls, in galaxy it loops the sound, because the sound is by default set to loop, on FMOD or OpenAL it just plays once.

That's a common problem (of course UT, with its lack of updates, still has this) but can be solved with an ambient sound attached to a mover outside of the level, though you have to set some functions such a bstatic I believe and 227's audio around and through solid objects might goof this up, but at the same time, it might work if you wanted to change something, as it is, by default, functional.
