UTF-16 and Linux

I tried to test Russian translation in Linux, but I didn't see any characters.
I just copied all *.rut files from Windows PC.
After that, I changed my language to English(Language=int), but it didn't work! I restarted unreal and it crashed. Crash log -
I fixed it only by deleting all .rut files.

lol, I edited wrong ini, that's why I couldn't switch to English back. Sorry.
