not sure if this is posted already, but I forgot how to do the quick throw keybind that allows you to switch quickly between weapons... something along the lines of moveforward | throwweapon along with something like neverautoswitchonpickup.

anyone knows?

Mouse wheel and only 2 weapons.

never used that as I prefer to do such things manually
but neverswitchonpickup must be false in any case and you have to set your weapon priorities accordingly. Then something like MoveForward | ThrowWeapon should work.

unfortunately I didnt get the the answer... this used to be standard around 2004-2007 among some of the US players... I just forgot how to do it... need it so I can record a youtube video... DK knightmare invented it... its faster than normal weapon switch, even faster than ut2k3, 2k4 switch, near instantaneous due to throwweapon, used to do lots of eightball->rifle/asmd combos with it

set input (key) throwweapon|movefoward|neverautoswitchonpickup true
but if you wanted it to be guarenteed to switch to your asmd or rifle you could also add switchweapon 4 into the equation, or 9 for rifle.

don't know the keybind but got it to work on unreal gold 227h patch... with the patch you can unclick autoswitchweapons in weapon priorities then moveforward | throwweapon and set eightball rifle asmd as top 3
