The most interesting thing I feel is the cloaking device in RTNP is extremely similar to the device used by the Predators. It allows for more mobility (so you could get to those trees and such) as well as is visible to a degree but is invisible to the untrained eye.

i liked the Invisibility better then the Cloak.

Never could say I was a fan of invisibility, I never used it. The cloak on the other hand is fun in cloak matches to hunt bots.

Invisibility item gives you only invisibility. Cloak gives you higher jumps, more complex air control and invisibility longer than in standard invisibility.

BTW. Also it's a standard UMS special equipment.

Exactly. A lot of people don't like RTNP and thus probably are not a big fan of it. I still don't see people's gripes with it, I love the missile guided rocket launcher paired with the mobility of the cloak device. Get a few people like that and it becomes quite a unique experience.

I think everything in RTNP is UMS Standard Equipment. However, it could be debated as it is only found in Deathmatch and the Marines are never seen using it.

Sorry for the slight detraction from this, but as there's currently a functioning predator monster for ut99 now (cloaking and shoulder cannon and everything)...

The only Item I really liked in the Upak was the Scuba Gear.
