You need to save the resulting UMX file.

Import, save, and you get a UMX container.

Does it change the quality of the song?

Yessir I tried it but getting the Battle Part of the song to work with a Music Event was Kind of Challenging but I figured out that I had to use the Slider to change the song Position.
Also quick question how do you Tag a Scripted Pawn to a Music Event so that when you shoot the pawn or the pawn sees you the music switches?

An easier way of doing that, which Unreal developers used, is to start playing the tension music when entering the dangerous zone. You could make it so that going somewhere makes a door open and the enemy to engage the player, therefore giving you a trigger to set the music at the same time.
Otherwise, you'd have to script new pawns, I think.

Hi
Use FirstHatePlayerEvent under AI, that will do the job.
Just enter the tag of your MusicEvent there.
To change the music again when the pawn is killed, just use the event of the pawn.
