Epic discovery at Dark Arena!

For about 14 years i've been wondering what that secret at the entrance of Dark Arena was for, more specifically what's that adress it referred to. Then i thought of the stupidest idea of just typing it into google earth and... behold!

So apparantly the Dark Arena entrance was modelled after an actual building! If i'm correct its the building epic used to rent an office at back in 1998.
I wonder if anyone knew about this? i must say the resemblence is pretty huge, you can recognise the actual building and even the fancy flagpole standing in front of it

Nice find, I thought the address just hinted at the office but I would have never thought that they in fact used the real building as a base to create the Dark Arena... Maybe the mapper had no inspiration whysoever and thought "this is now a level for the game Unreal!".
Funny how they turned it into a dark place full of torture and screams - was it really that awful in that building? Maybe they had no cooling system in summer and that's why they...
Nah.. no way.
