need some help finding some things

hello sorry for the noobness or anything here but its been awhile since i played unreal and i am glad its still around barely .

but i need some help finding some mods if anyone can help me.

1. the level up mod or mutator that use to be on skw's server i would like to try it on a mod/server i am working on.

2. is u4e working again? where can i get it? and my u4e dosent work for some reason :s.

3. are the items and things in the UaS server downloadable? if so where can i get it?

for UT there is a link somewhere in the U4E section,
for the other things should mail the server admins maybe.

thank you and also my monster mash isnt working :\ any ideas on how to fix it?

also i did what it said to install u4e but it still dosent show up :s
