Is there a way to convert necris wehicle meshes to u1 but with no losing skin aligment on mesh and bsp holes?? The best result could be with animation.

It should be possible to convert them using umodel for the anims and unrealed's own obj to 3dsmax for the model.
however if its worth it, probably not, the anims are most likely based on whatever physics engine ue3 uses, the model would look nowhere near the original as unreal doesn't support normal mapping and the kind of materials.
