1.How do you change the Unreal 1 beta's renderer? I'm guessing it's something you have to change in the autoexec.mac file, but I'm not sure if you should copy and paste the listing for Glide in "renderer=" to "windowrenderer=", or if there's something else that has do be done.
2. Where exactly in the Translocator in Aztec? I ran all around the cave it's supposed to be in, but all I could find was a single translocator module.

It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

1. I believe changing the renderer has to be done via the window when running in windowed mode, you can set various resolutions and enable hardware acceleration (i think, haven't checked in awhile).
game only runs in software or in glide, which means you need a glide wrapper.
2. The translocator is a weapon that allows you to teleport, its a module that you throw like a grenade, and then you can warp yourself towards the module. however its broken in the actual beta itself. You might want to check 227, it has the translocator with fixed code.
