My project. Gonna need a little help.

It doesn't involve UEd. So therefore it's not a mod, campaign, or a project able to be downloaded. So that's why this isn't in the projects board

But to the point, I'm gonna try to build a replica of the octagonal Nali table (the one with a turquoise like top). Yep, irl. Maybe Nali like chair to go along with it.

Anyway, I'm posting this because I'm terrible at measuring. And as far as I know there isn't any way to measure the dimensions of the table in inches or feet (No metrics. Sorry. I'm American.) in game or in UEd. So I'd like help/a collaboration on what the exact dimensions could be for. Cause I'd really like this to be as close as possible to the table in-game and have it potentially be considered a collector's item if I do really well in making it.

It'd even be really great if someone would be able to get me an s3tc or even a hi res image of the texture it uses so i'd be able to get the closest color of wood stain and proper direction of the wood grain. I know making s3tc and or hi res image won't be easy, and I don't expect it, but by God it'd be greatly appreciated.

If anything doesn't make sense let me know and I'll try to clarify.

LOL very nice idea! Makin'it outta wood? I suggest making a screenshot of a playerpawn standing next to the table. then measure the height of that person on the screen, let's say 5 cm. and let's say Ash is 1,75m, 1 cm on screen would be 35 cm in rl. Get what I'm pointing at? :D

Let's just say that the player is about 1m80 or 180cms high. That's about 6 feet Now just keep in mind that the player is 80uus high : 80/5=13.5 : 1ft=13.5uus
Now if you want the same dimensions in centimeters, you'd get your metrics result with this :
[13.5 (1ft in uu) / 30 (cms in 1 ft)]  = 0.45. that's the number of UUS in one centimeter. (0.45*180 = 80)*

To get your inches, saying the player is 180cms high, divide by 2.5 (number of cms in one inch) and you'll get 72. Now, 80/72=1.1111111111111111... Let's just say 1.1. That will be about right and that will be the number of UUs in one inch.

Now back to the drawing board :

*yeah well it's acually 81 since I had to round 13.33333... to 13.5

So to directly measure or convert uus into inches, would I just multiply the uu by 1.1?

I'm not at all good at math. Especially when I've had a long day and when I'm exhausted.

Yes, *1.1
(since 80uus = 72 inches).
