Well, I'll tell you this, DeusEx is pure Impulse Tracker format, not Scream Tracker. But... I can get them pretty easily. There was an SDK with an UnrealEd that does the exporting trick.

If you're going to use this, please own the game {steam or otherwise}; use it for non profit yada yada copyright etc. You know the deal.

Ripped directly using batchexport.

By the way, tracker formats don't care what file extension you're giving them for the file, they arbitrarily scan the file to find out what type it is and play it accordingly. The more you know!

High chances he owns it or has a friend that does since he knows the song by name... unless he heard it on YouTube... that is also possible. XD I sent him the unpacked music, though I used the DeusEx UnrealEd.

I'm only saying it because it should be said, not implying he doesn't own it or anything at all. It's probably been ported to unreal once before anyway.

I understand, I was just leading up to a slight joke there, not meaning anything by it.

Just the music, not the entire game, or at least some of the tracks, I know i've heard one before on a server, and I might have hosted the hidden dance mix track on this disco map an old clanmate of mine made.

I had thought about porting DeusEx in it's entirety to unreal for the sake of a stable engine{227; deus ex is plagued by bugs just as much as UT/pre227}, but that would be impossible due to the conversation system along with animation combining vertex mesh system they have done very neatly in Deus Ex. You can port the meshes and they will work, but it's not possible to move the mouth/head sequences correctly. The conversation system can be easily reverse engineered and replaced with a more versatile UScript system i'm sure, from my dabbling in trying to make a working coop mod for deus ex the conversation system itself is bugged online.. blah blah ramble on etc.

Right, right. It would take a while to actually achieve that and it is a stumbling block here. I've had more success with X-Com: Enforcer than DeusEx given its more simplistic nature. Though since Enforcer is a 3rd person shooter there is no 1st person weapon mesh so positioning the 3rd person model as a 1st person model and applying hacks to get them to... blah blah blah ramble on etc.
