Yep, thats pretty much exactly what it shows on the retail boxes but its almost impossible to get them from those, cause its all cut up.

That yellow band also has been used on all versions retail boxes as well as the jewel cd's from Unreal Gold and the mission pack.  The Unreal cd doesnt have that yellow band, as only exception, but as said, that retail box and all other retail boxes and jewel cd's have that yellow band.

How can I get anything of these stuff, guys? I don't have a credit card and my parents would sure just GTFO me. Can I send cash by mail or something?

I don't think anybody will accept your payment if you pay by cash in a mail. Besides, it's illegal in a lot of countries to post cash in mails. If you have the cash, I'm afraid you don't have much options : give it to your parents and let them order it with their credit cards. I did this when I was young. Or find an older friend you can do this with.

But are you allowed to have a bank account? Overhere in The Netherlands theres no age set at all. In general every kid older than 8 years has an account by the bank, but might already have an account from birth.


But i agree with Hellkeeper, i think the best way is to ask someone older (friend or family) and give them the money to order your stuff. I did a few orders from Amazone, that requires a credit card, but all my other stuff (90%) i bought from Ebay using PayPal.


And i wouldnt mind buying stuff for you, but i live in Europe which makes it impossible to order for you. At this moment all my orders go to an adress in the US from a friend, she will ship all stuff in one go to Europe when i am done. Aside that you would need to go to the bank to get Euros to sent me by mail. And thereby pay for the transfer.


And as you see, i cannot do it myself either, i can pay for the goods alright, but rely on someone else to actually get the stuff, because lots of sellers do not sent outside th US, or charge alot of money for it.


If i were you, do the same, find someone(in the US!) that has credit cards and preferably also a PayPal account and ask if he/she will order for you. And if they dont have PayPal ask if they wanna take an PayPal account, its free with no charges at www.paypal.com

I had a PayPal account but I hacked it to get about 20$ and it got suspended, lol. But I can ask one guy who lives in US and he'll be 18 in less than a month if he already isn't. The problem is, I haven't seen him in about 4 months. I hope he shows up online again...

But as far as i know, and there have been numerous attempts by alot of people over the years, you ONLY can run it on THAT card. But for $7.95 thats doable

Hi there, I have been lurking for quite some time now here, just got my Unreal and UT servers up. Saw this thread.....

Just wanted to say that you should pickup a 16mb 3dfx voodoo 3 3000 video card. Unreal was practically made for that card. Shadows are one thing, but you may just poop your trousers when you see what it looks like with the 3dfx card.
